Subtec Pro is an independent subsea engineering company.
We are a team of experienced, professional engineers and project managers. We take an invested interest in the success of our clients’ drilling projects, matching our skills with their project needs. All of our personnel have held long-standing core crew positions at senior levels, within the subsea sector.
At Subtec Pro, our priority is keeping project time and downtime to a minimum. We understand the repercussions that downtime can have on drilling operations, not to mention a company’s reputation. As a motivated team with over 40-years’ combined experience in engineering, we have the skills and the insights to deliver projects to exact requirements. Our subsea project managers can oversee the entire project lifecycle, using a carefully-planned, yet flexible approach that ensures every possible outcome is accounted for.
We provide access to highly-skilled engineers who improve the efficiency of subsea drilling projects. Our contractors integrate seamlessly into core crews, providing expertise that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
All of our team have the experience and skills to work completely unsupervised, freeing up core crew to focus on other operations. Our engineers have completed rigorous OEM and Moduspec training as well as years of on the job experience..
The safety and wellbeing of subsea personnel is of upmost importance. We are ISO 9001 certified and our QHSE policy observes and complies with all relevant legislation and regulations. We make sure that all personnel have the necessary training, supervision and information to carry out their work safely, while meeting project requirements.
We promote a work culture that meets health and safety regulations through safe behaviour, environmental awareness and careful planning. On projects where no safety culture exists, we create one. All work is risk assessed and we ensure that Permit to Work (PTW) procedures are followed at all times, without exception.
